Say what you will, asking prices are sky high anymore and things aren't selling. I have people calling me to make them an offer, after I tell them they are way out of line on what they are asking. I think they just don't know any better. I love the estate deals, they get someone who appraises the equipment and gives them a price. It is usually so far out of line that no one wants to make them an offer. Appraisers my Butt. Also most people today can't come up with much over $1000 for a tractor anymore. They go for Kubota and Deeres on credit. Credit is easy and the tractors are much more user friendly. It is a changing world we are living in.
