need your help on IH Model 240

My Dad just bought a 1959 IH Model 240, and We do not know what type of hitch it has on the back of it, It is not something that (I have ever seen before. I own a JD Model 50.) It has a lifting ram on it, but it does not look like any 3 point hitch that I have ever seen. Can someone please tell us what type of hitch this might be?
