Farmtrac 60 Hyd. problem

My farmtrac 60 is a 98 model with 370 hrs. on it. I am having a hydraulic problem. My lift acts like it has air in it. I have cleaned the sump filter and changed the filter on pump. My draft control lever was froze up in the tube and I freed it up. When you raise the lift the draft control lever moves with it some and it will not come up unless you move the draft lever with it or same going down. The lift is real jumpy and you can tell it has alot of air in it. I have also checked the o rings on the suction line. Can anyone help me. Thank you
