Hunt up Kyhayman (on here) about the 7700 Ford. He's more familiar with them than anyone I know of. He could tell you what to look for.

That does sound rather large for 30 acres, but too big is better than too small I guess....

The 7700 is CAT II (3-point) I believe... That (along with the HP) will force you to buy bigger, heavier duty implements. (That's not ALWAYS a bad thing, other than the COST)
