I lost fan tip on large truck only time I have ever seen that . How the fan tip got away from rad. with out hitting rad. I never know was great luck . Ran great down the road at speed . It was OK 25 M.P.H. or higher. At 1000 R.P.M. or less was ruff runing . Was a cabover took 10 Min. of time to find it as it had shroud around it . Do not try to weld fan or rivet blade tip back on fan it will not last take out water pump or new rad. .
