CaseIH 3220 3ph lift capacity

Hi folks,

I'm considering buying a CaseIH 3220. I just recieved some reprints of test data on the 3220, from the Nebraska Tractor Test lab. Amazingly, it indicates that the 3220 can only lift 2300lbs at the 3ph, versus the 3600lbs CaseIH says it can. I have one implement (sander) that weighs in at 2300-2400 lbs. when loaded. Does anybody know if this data is right? Does anybody routinely lift at least 2500lbs with a 3220 or it's predecesors (IH 484, CaseIH 485, 495)?
