Like Gerald said the data tag on dash had serial number of complete tractor. It would have started with a 6 and been 9 digits if 1964-67 and started with a 9A if 1967-75. The number on left side of block is engine ser number. Transmission # is on top right hand side of housing. Rear axle assembly ser. # is on top of the left hand side of the axle assembly. Some later specials also had the Perkins 153 gas 3 cyld. engine. We had one of them.
