Andrew, when you start a cold engine that has set over nite, and it pukes water as soon as you crank it, it most likely has a cracked head, or a bad head gasket. If you start the engine and it runs for five or ten minutes and then pukes water, then check for a stuck thermostat... And the white smoke you see, may be steam...
