While I am a ford man and know very little about a super c so I can not help you with mounting the alternator or such; if you are using a delco 10si alternator I may be able to help you with the wiring if no one that knows the c better answers.

You may try reading my write up on a conversion for a ford and looking at the wiring diagram link near the bottom of the post for some ideas.
