Do a search for 'Naber' rock fork- don't know if they are still in business but they built a heavy two-prong for 3ph. Farmshow archives might have similar info. Another option many years ago was using two curved plow frames, using gravity to drop them over the rock. Had to dismantle two good plows to make it tho- better options available with today's steel.
