Mosstly those are WAY!!! high for this area. Though there are occassions when 'two fools meet' and they both really want something. Saw a fair 730 bring $20,0000 at a sale, everything went cheap, a Dr. and anotehr very wealthy gentleman were both there and both wanted a childhood memory (they have been rivals for their entire lives) and one of them was going to get that tractor and deny the other.
