OT - Mustang 310 / JD 60 Skid Loader

I am looking to get a smaller skid loader for cleaning inside the barn/stalls, etc... where my Farmall 560 doesn"t fit. I am looking at a Mustang 310 (Same as John Deere 60 with different paint) in good shape with 44 inch bucket.

Does anyone have any comment on this machine? Good, bad, otherwise? I know it has foot controls for bucket/arms like a Bobcat, although I prefer the Case-style where all controls are on levers by the seat.
