Here is the text from the Unverferth site about thier double bevel step-up rims. There is a bunch of Amish and Mennonite around here too. Certainly an "interesting" society. High-Clearance Wheel Conversions Tractors that work in specialty crops require high-clearance, specially-made wheels from Unverferth. They'll get you up, over and between those fragile plants with little or no plant contact. Available for most every make and model of tractor in diameters up to 54". Conversion Rims and Wheels Stub-Disc Single-Bevel Double-Bevel Tractors with double bevel rims can easily be "stepped-up" to larger diameter wheels /tires. Simply remove existing lugs on the tractor, and replace with the appropriate lugs. This will allow you to mount a new, larger diameter, single- or double-bevel rim on the tractor. Unverferth multi-fit beveled rims feature a universal driver spacing which allows them to be mounted onvarious cast centers and ensure a secure it with any 8-, 10-, 12- or 16-lug configuration. With these rims a tractor can be converted to larger diameter tires. These rims can also be used to change a tractor to a wider tire or as a replacement. For additional information see your Unverferth Dealer or contact us.
