Hey,Dan;I'll go with what Allan is telling you on that pick-up coil and the switch. Had a datsun truck way back that drove me nuts for a while with the same problem. It was the ignition switch.Remember,throwing money at it is a mistake,slow down and think about the symptoms and narrow down the possibilities.My .02 worth.Kenny
