Farmall 130 w/ heavy duty front axle

I am looking at a Farmall 130 with a sickle bar mower that a neighbor has. The tractor has the heavy duty front axle that is diamond shaped, and orange sickle bar mower and slightly larger front tires. I have seen this axle on an international 100. I am guessing this tractor was purchased with the sickle bar mower since I have heard they sold some industrial versions or something with orange mower made by Tiger. I am just looking for information on how these items may effect the value of the tractor. I do not need the sickle bar mower, but should I keep it for originality and value. Any comments on the axle would be beneficial. Would this tractor have any special paint job (color)?
