T 20 McCormick track tractor

I found an old T 20 track tractor that looks like it is mostly there. How old might something like this be and what is it worth? Its outside and rusty and probably stuck. The tracks are still in tact and the motor looks like its all there. Can some one help me on this. I didn't get the serial # but I can. thank you!
