Been nigh on to 15 years since any loose cattle crossed my property. Now it is just obnoxious mutts that chase my livestock and kill my chickens. Wish I had the cows back.....oh and the turkeys! Woke up one morning and there were turkeys roosting all over the outside of the house! Got away from the same farmer (now deceased and I had nothin to do with it!) who had the cows. Took me most of two hours to round up all them turkeys and persuade them to recross the road to home. Same guy had about 40 Embden geese too. They made a hell of a racket when they flew across into my yard. I miss the cows, the turkeys, the geese and my good old neighbor and friend, the farmer. Count your blessings.
