The hub on the water pump is a sqeeze type of tightener, you should find a set screw on the hub loosen it up, I take them out so they don't fall out. Then you need to take a long punch and rotate the hub to loosen it, may take a little PB blaster etc to lube it a little. once its loosen up enough the belt will slip off the crank pulley.
