What side low or the hi side???? Does the teltail lite come on ??? do you loose steering and brakes????? have you changed the hdy. filter lately ????? does the spool valve go all the way down to the snap ring on the valve and make contact with the base. It could be that your T/A shift cable is streched. Or on the down side ya need a new T/A - MCV pump - maybe a blowen gskt.-o/ring . Need more info.
