rauville, I once worked for a company who changed hardware suppliers, and during the changeover, threw thousands of dollars worth of nuts and bolts in the dumpster, and at the same time the new supplier was bringing the same items through the front door. This same company scrapped out and threw out thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of parts we manufactured in house only to remanufacture the same parts within weeks, simply because management was willing to manufactur parts on demand, but not stock and inventory the same part. And we wonder why some companies cant show a profit. It makes dummies like us wonder and question the intellegence of those who get paid to be smart, and make smart decisions.
