WD-9 Diesel problems

Greetings!
I wrote a few weeks ago about a WD-9 that I
purchased that was missing when it runs. I
had fuel at every injector except cylinder
number 1. Yesterday I checked at the pump
and there is fuel there but not at the injector. I
checked the line and it is open. I left the
tractor run for a while with the line loose at the
top. I soon noticed that fuel began pumping
out of the number one line by the injector. I
tighten it up and the tractor ran great. Before
long it started to miss again. I did the same
thing with the same results. What is the issue
here? Any ideas? Is something plugged?
