these guys [and gals?] are supposedly "trained professionals". This is their job--not a bunch of slob hunters shooting at noises. If they can't hold their water and hit a bison from two car lengths away somebody needs to disarm them.

To the best of my knowledge no bison has ever carried a fire arm or otherwise shot back.
