Bernard, Your many contributions indicate a lot of experience with the 674, so hopefully you can provide some insights! I bought a 1974 674 last year with a loader, and it has worked well until recently. I started losing hydraulic power, and got even worse once the tractor got warmed right up. Within about 2 weeks(using 3 hrs/week), the bucket would barely lift and then actually stopped and won"t move at at, any direction. Oil is Hytrans, topped up and clean. I"ve been told it"s probably the pump but want to know if there are other things to check first, and also if I can verify if it"s the pump or not. Any info is much appreciated.
