Thanks for your help. I am thinking of leasing my ranch to one (just 1) family for RV camping, hunting, fishing...sort of their little get away...personal camp grounds with no one around. I have lots of Deer, and birds for hunting. And a creek that flows thru the middle of the ranch. It would be a legal lease, with a contract covering land usage and so on. I would do a background check before leasing. I would have RV hookups and down the road, a small cabin as I get time to fix it up. So, this could be a vacation home for someone wanting to get away from the pressures of the city.
