JD 50 gas tank cap

Stopped by my favorite deere dealer today to get a gas cap for my 50. the part was in stock ,the price was within reason,but when i looked on the underside it was stamped ,mexico. also found out this week that another garmet manufacture has folded and headed to mexico,for cheaper wages. another 400 jobs lost. wal-mart,america's largest importer of chinese goods. ok folks whats going wrong or is it going right. maybe i'm old to understand,and i realize this is a free country,maybe to free. any comments?
