pasture rent

I'm wondering what people are getting for pasture rents for
cattle? We haven't had cattle for years, but are thinking of
getting some again. Part of our land was sold off, and it
split the pasture in two. So, before building a fence I
was going to see they'd be willing to rent out their part
(just 7 acres or so), but not sure what the going rate is.
This is in south eastern MN. thanks, andrew
