In a bas-akwards sorta way, I did the same thing.... If the farm woulda been sold off, I'd be on easy street about now. Enough cash for a dozen lifetimes...As it is, we make a decent income, but will never be cash rich. (But as YOU know Allan, there's a number of ways to gauge wealth. Not least of which is happiness.
