Yep, "Established Hay Fields" usually means it won't grow anything else. "Wonderful hunting location" means it is a bog. "Mostly sub-irrigated" means it is underwater 10 months out of the year. What's "Beautiful high plains location" mean? More windswept, prairie dog infested desert? I think I�ll just keep cleanin� the toilets and shinin� the shoes �cause I�m really good at it. :>) Allan
