We have one stored at our local threshing show. Don't know who manufactured it, but it appears to be a sub-frame with steel tractor wheels that is added to the back of the model T frame. If memory serves me right it is chain drive from the car axle to the wheels. This one is just a frame with no body. Some kits allowed the owner to keep the body on the car so it could be converted back to road use.
