Like Bob said. Get a shop manual and follow the instructions exactly. If it still won't stop, then the lining is probably gone on the PTO brake disc. The good news is that the discs are still available at your Deere dealer. I replaced all of the lined discs (including the brake disc) and some of the unlined discs at a cost of about $350 a few years ago. Dealer had most of the parts in stock. Took less than a week to get the rest. OK-Al
