Scott........yer BOTH right. Ford didn't have a factory 4WD tractor until English Ford MAJOR with 2-drive shafts foward. ...but... there was a DEALER installed FWD conversion called Elenco made from WW2 Dodge powerwagon FWD axles. Which is what yer 801 had. There was also a European WW2 Jeep axle FWD conversion kit for the smaller 2N/Fergies but I don't believe were ever sold stateside...........Dell
