I'm not as up on the latest equipment as everyone else on here but I think they have some very good ideas. But I can tell you some of the tools you need is a good accountant,attorney for contracts and insurance. A bill collector because accounts recievable will kill ya and someone mentioned keep it down to no employees because they will want benefits and time off with Workman's Comp. etc. These are are a few of the reasons small businesses fail. My advice is keep it small and family. My two cents.
