Friends here, brothers who grew up in the business, had different ideas along those lines. One bought a backhoe, now has two always busy, mostly septics. The other bought a crawler loader for which he can almost find enough work.

Oddly, my most frequent request is not my crawler loader, but my landscape-sized hoe on a compact tractor. I know it's spring, but there must be other small hoes out there. My billing is never less than 1 day.
