I have only killed one coyote at my current place, but I shoot at them with my .22 every time I get a chance. We have gone through about 3 outside cats a year for the last 5 years.(as in get 3 new cats and they are all gone by the end of the year, get 3 new cats, repeat, repeat) They do okay as kittens when they stay near the house but as they get older and start to wander they don't make it back. Any tricks to keeping cats alive in coyote country?
