i think you are trying to turn the bolts the wrong way, my kingcutter has left hand treads, on the blades, use a 2/4 or pc. wood wedge it between blade an cutter, on the end of the blade,use a felk handle,short pc pipe on end handle, good 6 point socket,once you get them off then you know, rest of the brands mentioned are just junk,
