I am a JD man at heart but am amazed and very happy to see such a variety of answers to this question! If we ALL liked John Deeres this would be a pretty boring hobby, we need the variety! That being said my favorites are:
1. Any Oil-Pull idling or under load
2. JD 720 Diesel on my grandad's sawmill
3. Late JD A

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for �200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
