There are lots of ways to come up with bushings. Most industrial supply companies sell them, e.g. McMaster-Carr at: http://www.mcmaster.com/ , or Enco, etc. McMaster has hardened steel bushings from 3/4" i.d. to 2" i.d. Go to their website and punch in this part number to look at a bushing: 58365k29 You can also buy hardened bushing stock in lengths - but if you only need a few bushings, it's not worth it since the minimum is usally 10' or 20'. This works well if you know someone that stocks the lengths and will cut you off small pieces. Another option - if you have access to crawler track pins and bushings - and can find the size you need - just slice them down to the length needed.
