Your lucky you don't live in Canada. I was searching for a pair of 36 X 10.5 for a SC and the lowest price I could find was $395.00 each, no tubes or anything just for the tire. I found a few places in the U.S. for around $225.00 but shipping was a killer. I finally did get a nice used pair for $120.00 each mounted on somekind of universal rim. Only Problem I see with them is the tires were made in Romania. For a saving of $270.00 I can live with it. Now to see what I can sell the 36" rims for they might end up being $70.00 tires.
