1200 David Brown Died, Need to Revive

On the farm that i work at we have a few David Brown Tractors. The 1200 that we have we had just started it for the first time this year. My uncle started it and it was low on water so he added some, then he added some oil for the steering and it started to slightly bog down. My uncle went away, and came back to find the tractor turned off. He went to start it and now the engine is locked up and wont turn for nothing. Whether its pulling it with another tractor, or trying the starter, it dont move. I need help PLZ help me we need this tractor back in action
