Unless you need the money I wouldn't sell. Once you get out of the land business it is tough to get back in. I bought several acres just last year and probably could nearly double my money, but what would I do with it? Talk to Allan from Ne, I believe he has been looking for some and it's not easy to find. Also remember to subtract out the land agent fee, and capital gains, is it still as attractive?
