Growing up on the farm in the 50's, and 60's we didn't have acompressed air at all. I think it took about 200 strokes with a tire pump, to pump up a car tire, and a hole lot more to pump the rear tire on Dad's F 12. I tried one time to use the vent valve on the butaine tank to blow up the tire on my 34 chevy, big mistake. The tire being a little rotten, and too much pressure it popped right where I was nealing. If you think getting hit in the tender parts with a ball hurts, consider getting hit with a piece of flying rubber. I thought I lost them. Stan in Calif
