Jason, you have got a ton of rust in that tank....Put about 2 or 3 coffee cans of nuts and bolts in the tank----the nuts work best....
strap the tank to the side of a tractor wheel and slowly drive around,until the tank is clean....you may want to seal the inside with a sealer.....
