Please!!!!!! do away with that water heater tank now, as it will not hold the air pressure required of an air compressor, I did the same thing until i found this information out. I used an air starter tank off of a Semi truck, and it will hold up to 600 PSI. Please correct this operation before someone gets hurt or killed.
