Land that sold for 2500 an acre 10 years ago is going for 10000 now. You can buy a 120 acres for a cool 1.2 million and it isn't even tiled.
Or if you split it off and ruin it for farm land it is going for 24000 an acre. As the ole famous singer sang, you got to know when to hold them and when to fold them or something like that.
