We have a 94 Chevy Blazer - full size jobber. 235,000 miles and still doesn't use oil. But, the trans just went - $1500. I wouldn't have put a new trans in, but everything else is great - almost no rust - in Michigan thats rare. GM makes these bodies out of a galvanized steel. Unless the galvan coat is breeched, it won't rust. Easy.
