Don't rely on the nose emblem. They fall off and get replaced by whatever is available sometimes. I've seen tractor supply stores sell a '54 NAA replica emblem as a generic replacement for all kinds of Fords. See my response to nwb (linked here) for more help in identifying a Ford.
