I think you will end up buried in that car. Time you get it all the way apart and find the frame, torgue boxes, firewall etc all have rust.Probably find the bottom of the shock towers are rusted out also. A nice 69 Mach 1 351 4 speed sold for $12,000 at last weeks Barret Jackson sale in Fla. Unless you are an experienced welder/fabricator and body man,a car in the condition you described will cost in excess of $15,000 to be repaired properly and put in primer at a restoration shop.A good paint job and detailing, stripes and trim will add $4-5000 on top of that. All the rust areas you describe add to the structural integrity of the car and can't just be pop riveted or brazed in place. Most of the parts needed are available, including a 1 piece floor pan, wheel tubs, frame rails and torque boxes, but time you drill out several hundred spot welds, fit everything, make up miscellaneous patches you will have 2-300 hours labor in it at around$50/hr at a shop, plus materials and parts.
