BOBCAT 753 (1994) Hydraulic Lock Accessory

The normal sequence is to push buttom once to bring on front end hydraulics. One green light on.
push the button again and the system locks on. 2nd green light lit. IE: Backhoe use. System has failed when button pushed the 2nd time top light goes out bottom comes on. No front end flow.
Anybody have this problem> and how did you fix it?
