do just like JOHNSKI said most but not all backing plates are 5 bolt pattern but all you have to do is drill new holes you get the shoes, springs,adj,and a new backing plate just did 6 on a triaxle 52.00 and change get them from a truck and trailer brake store like road equ.parts center or accurat suspension warehouse
