I live in a little town that has a lot of money, but you would never know it by looking at the people here. Our local owned bank is one of the few that doesn't borrow money to lend, they just loan out what is on deposit and it is in the millions. I like having a business here because I probably make deals with at least a couple of millionaires every day. We have a few who like for you to know how much they have, or probably more than they really have but the real money looks like regular people. One day after Lions club meeting I took an older man back to the city to the care center he lived in and went over to Menards to pick up something. Now I wear work clothes to work and get dirty so most of the time I go into a store like this, I don't look to pretty. But this night I was cleaned up and dressed in slacks and nice shirt. I could not believe how much better I was treated there than normal. So is does matter how you dress. Except in my business because I never know if I am talking to a millionaire or not.
